From the moment you arrive, this home sets the tone with warm textures and timeless materials. Outside, the built-in BBQ area welcomes guests with a sophisticated mix of Dolomitic limestone cladding and White Lux quartzite. The pairing not only elevates the outdoor aesthetic but also provides the durability needed to withstand the Vegas heat while entertaining outdoors.
Inside, the elegance continues. Just off the main entry, the bar area makes an immediate impression with Alabaster Cement quartz along the back counter and a stunning White Lux quartzite bar top. It’s sleek, stylish, and built to host. The living room, dining area, and family room each feature Dolomitic limestone accent walls, adding texture and architectural depth to otherwise minimalist spaces. These walls aren’t just visual features—they serve as grounding elements that tie the home together.
The garage entryway, often overlooked in many homes, gets its own thoughtful touch here. A Cotton White Tencil Quartz counter and Island Waveline backsplash provide both practicality and polish for the everyday ins and outs of a busy household.
The tile work throughout the home is just as impressive. Pietra 24”x48” porcelain tile from Arizona Tile lays the foundation, literally, offering a clean, cohesive flow from room to room with its elegant tone and large format.
In the first bathroom, a floating Sequoia Brown quartzite counter and 3D limestone wall tile (Sandunes in Alexander Cream) create a spa-like sanctuary. The texture and movement of the materials turn a simple bathroom into a retreat.
The main kitchen takes center stage with Monico quartzite countertops and a bold waterfall island that showcases the natural veining of the stone. In the adjacent prep kitchen, we opted for Fresh Concrete quartz—a clean, minimalist choice that enhances functionality without sacrificing beauty.
Bathroom two pairs Cambria Quartz in Sakra Bray with a mix of textures: Reside Beige Matte tile in the shower and a champagne-finished glass tile backsplash that subtly sparkles under the light.
Even the laundry room feels elevated, with Fresh Concrete Caesarstone counters and the same Island Waveline tile making another appearance. Thoughtful continuity in material choices makes this space feel just as intentional as the rest.
In the primary suite, elegance peaks. We used Calacatta Taupe marble from Arizona Tile for the center island in the closet and carried the Pietra 24″x48″ tile into the bathroom and minibar area to tie it all together in a soft, luxurious palette.
Bathroom three introduces a modern flair with a Teltos Ares porcelain slab counter and Reside Vianco Muretto shower tile. Meanwhile, bathroom four keeps things airy with Sterlina White Emser Tile and a cool, sophisticated Petra Di Luna countertop.
Every space in this home was designed with purpose—elevating both beauty and function. By mixing natural stone, quartz, and thoughtful tile selections, we were able to bring warmth, texture, and timeless sophistication to every corner of the home.
